Sports Capital Programme 2014

Castletown GAA Club were delighted to hear that our application for grant aid under the above scheme was successful to the tune of €8000. This grant was allocated for spending on non personal sports equipment. As we are neither the owner or lease holder of our grounds, and the fact that we had successfully applied for a grant of €25,000 in the 2012 round of funding, we were ineligible to apply for funding for any capital projects. The money allocated is for the purchase of non personal sports equipment only. 

This money will be used for equipment upgrades, maintenance equipment etc.
