As well as the medals presented to all who were part of victorious panels, there were two special awards on the night. 

The Young Hurler of the Year award was presented to Evan Cuddy (Left) and the Young Footballer of the Year award was presented to Shane Farrell (Right). Congratulations to both. 

Evan will captain Laois Minor Hurlers in their championship opener v Offaly this Sunday while Shane was an unused substitute for Laois Minor Footballers v Carlow last weekend.
