Laois put it up to Galway!

Congratulations to all involved with the Laois Senior Hurling team from all in Castletown GAA. A gutsy performance against defending Leinster Champions Galway at one stage looked like a historic victory! Unfortunately Galway went on to win 2-17 to 1-13 in the end.

Great credit to all involved on a proud day for all associated with hurling in Laois!

Laois will face the one of the losing Munster semi finalists, Tipperary or the losers of Cork and Clare on Saturday July 6th.

Laois minors are in action in a Leinster semi final v Wexford next Sunday, also at O' Moore Park.
